Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted only with prior written approval and must be requested within sixty (60) days of product delivery. Approved returns are limited to orders of ten (10) boxes or more. All returned products must be in original, unused condition and are subject to inspection before any credit or refund is issued. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
